UAD 3.6 and Solar Valuations: What Appraisers and Lenders Need Before November 2
UAD 3.6 made solar visible in the appraisal. It did not give anyone the support file. Beginning November 2, 2026, appraisal reports submitted to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal for loans sold to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac must use Uniform Appraisal Dataset 3.6.
